Working in collaboration with the Patient Participation Group (PPG), we would like to know how we can improve our service and how you perceive our surgery and staff. To do this, we are conducting a campaign called ‘Tell us what you think’, collecting as much feedback from patients through our specifically designed survey. The survey should only take five minutes of your time, but your answers are invaluable to the patient group and Mendip Vale. The aim of the campaign is to ensure we are reaching our patient’s needs, recognise what we are doing well and how we can improve – Every response helps us to ensure that each experience is as good as it can be.

This survey submission deadline is the 1st of August 2023. There will be the intention to repeat it at intervals to track patient experience – particularly of those areas where improvements have been sought.
