At enrolment on the myCOPD platform, your information will be shared and stored electronically with myMHealth. The information that Mendip Vale Medical Group will share with myMHealth is your name, date of birth, NHS number and email address.

In addition, your demographic information (i.e. name, date of birth and app usage) will be analysed as part of an evaluation project hosted by the Healthier Together group.
