If you or an adult that you care for needs additional support at home then you can begin by contacting Care Connect for information about care packages, finances and respite care.

Sometimes it can feel as though you're the only one out there and it can be helpful to talk to someone about your situation. There are several support organisations for carers in North Somerset who can offer advice, information, practical and emotional support to carers. They can also put you in touch with other carers who will understand your situation. For more information visit the Crossroads Care North Somerset website. If you are caring for someone with dementia visit the Alzheimer's Society website or the Dementia Roadmap website.
